The No Child Left Behind gives parents more options by giving parents of children enrolled at Title I campuses that are in stage1 or higher of "School Improvement" the choice to transfer to a school that is NOT in a "School Improvement" stage, within the Mission Consolidated Independent School District .
The Mission Consolidated Independent School District will pay for transportation to the new school. Students will be allowed to remain at the new campus, until the student reaches the highest grade at that campus. The district will continue to pay for transportation if the student's home campus is still in a "School Improvement" stage
