The Educational Video Library (EVL) is a tool that allows teachers to submit YouTube content to the district technology department for review and approval.  Once the videos are approved, they are made accessible through the EVL portal on the district's local network.

All YouTube information and external user comments are blocked, ensuring that nothing reaches the classroom that hasn't first been reviewed for appropriateness.

Teachers can either submit videos while at home or make a note of the URL and submit them on campus.
