The Mission High School (MHS) academic UIL team recently competed in the Region IV contest held in San Antonio. The Calculator Applications team placed fourth. Kaylyn de la Fuente placed eighth in section 2 of Poetry Interpretation. Others who advanced into the regional competition included: Ricardo Yruegas, Alyssa Garza, Edgar Garza, Kimberly Ramon, Jin Gao, Abel Villarreal, Katherine McKenna, Samantha Banda.
