The graduating class of Mission Collegiate High School continued its “four years of firsts” recently. Only this time, it was also a first for Mission CISD. The school had its first Senior Walk. This involved all the graduating seniors dressing in their caps and gowns and then marching through the hallways of several schools. Students and staff of the visited schools lined the hallways to congratulate the graduates and cheer them on. The MCHS seniors visited Alton Memorial Jr. High School, Cantu Elementary School, and Alton Elementary School. There was a lot of applause, high-fives, cheering, encouraging signs made by the younger students, and hugs from former teachers. More pictures and video are available on the district Facebook page.
