Students in Art 1 and Art 2 classes at Veterans Memorial High School (VMHS) worked some of their artistic magic to help make the holidays cheerier for residents at two nursing facilities. They created Christmas posters and Christmas fans for residents of Mission Nursing and Rehabilitation, and Waterford Gardens.
The Christmas fans were made out of old Christmas cards as a “recycling” art project. The posters will be used to decorate the resident’s rooms and hallways at both senior facilities.
