Mission CISD helped welcome new corporate neighbors this week. The new WalMart Neighborhood Market officially opened on January 21. The store is located next to Bryan Elementary School. WalMart provided the district with a $2,000 grant during opening ceremonies. The Veterans Memorial High School (VMHS) band, cheerleaders, flag team participated. VMHS student Darius Davis sang the National Anthem. Students from Bryan Elementary also participated, helping lead the Pledge of Allegiance.
