The primary goal of the Division of Human Resources and Student Services is to assist the student population, staff, and parents of Mission C.I.S.D. and the entire community through the coordination of its various departments. The Human Resources and Student Services Division works to recruit, select and retain highly qualified personnel, coordinating NCLB requirements and student, campus and district needs; evaluates staff duties and responsibilities; and supports professional development for staff. It also focuses on the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of student needs in the areas of counseling, health services, student records, transfers, and transportation.
