What is Podcasting?

Basically, podcsting is a way of publishing media files (like mp3's) so that they are available for download to anybody with a computer and Internet access. Think of them like radio programs for your computer. These podcasts can then be listened to on your computer or downloaded into any mp3 device. That means you can have your favorite podcasts to listen to anytime, anywhere! In our case, we give you a couple of options. One option is to download the files individually for immediate listening or transferring to your mp3 player. Or you can subscribe to the RSS feed.

What is an RSS Feed?

RSS or Really Smple Syndication is used to distribte or syndicate podcasts. To subscribe to a podcast, you need a podcast "receiver" or "catcher" (such as iTunes, Juice Receiver, Doppler or some Web Browsers) that automatically downloads the latest files. RSS feeds can also bew used to distribute other types of Internet content.
