2025-2026 Early Resignation Incentive
To support proactive staffing efforts for the 2026-2027 school year, Mission CISD is offering a one-time Early Resignation Notice Incentive to eligible employees who voluntarily submit a timely resignation notice. Early notification enables the District to support strategic staffing decisions and campus-level scheduling, while enhancing its ability to recruit highly qualified candidates in competitive certification areas. Early vacancy identification enables more precise salary projections, allocation adjustments, and staffing forecasts.
As part of this work, Mission CISD is offering a $500 one-time incentive payment to eligible employees who:
- Are currently under contract or letter of assurance and in good standing.
- Submit a formal resignation and completed Early Incentive Agreement in person.
- Submit required documentation no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 2, 2026, at the Human Resources Office.
- Fulfill all contract or calendar workday through the end of the 2025-2026 school year.
