Whether you're new to Mission CISD or already part of our district family, we kindly ask that you provide the following information to help ensure a smooth registration process.
 
During registration, please upload the following:
 
  • Birth certificate
  • Proof of residency (utility bill, lease, or mortgage within the last 30 days)
  • Driver's license (for identity verification)
  • Immunization record
  • Social Security number (if applicable)
