A representative from the Farm Bureau paid a visit to the Veterans Memorial High School FFA students recently. The presentation covered several different crops and animals that are common to the Rio Grande Valley and much of South Texas. This included: beef, cotton, wheat, corn, sorghum. In addition to the snazzy looking trailer of displays pictured here, some hands-on items were included as a part of the presentations.
