South Texas College Dual Enrollment Phlebotomy students from Veterans Memorial High and Mission High School all passed their National Exam.
“I am proud of my students’ accomplishment because of their hard work, dedication, and attendance at my tutoring sessions,” said Instructor Normita C. Garza. “As a result, everyone passed their National Exam.”
