Mission, Texas- The artistic talents of 13 Mission High School (MHS) students will be featured in an upcoming publication called Celebrating Art. The students entered creative pieces into a contest through the publication for judging. Celebrating Art indicates that only 25% of submissions are accepted to be published. Those selected pieces are then published in an anthology that includes their work.
The students who have artwork selected by Celebrating Art are: Itzel Flores, Nicholas Sandoval, Valeria Lopez, Rebecca Rendon, Richard Guzman, Rachel Clark, Valerie Arriaga, Angel Corona, Kimberly Pacheco, Priscilla Reyes, Jairo Robles, Cruz Rosas, Aaron Solis. Their pieces will appear in the Spring 2017 anthology.
