P.E. partnership cross country meety for elementary students
Mission, Texas- A Mission Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) Physical Education (PE) Program partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Mission brought together about 400 elementary and sixth grade students for a cross country event. This partnership allows the elementary students to try new sports and showcase what they have learned.
Team results for the girls event in grades 3-5: Leal Elementary School, first place; Castro Elementary School, second place; Mims Elementary School, third place; O’Grady Elementary School fourth place; Midkiff Elementary School, fifth place.
Team results for the boys event in grades 3-5: Salinas Elementary School, first place; Leal Elementary School, second place; Castro Elementary School, third place; Mims Elementary School, fourth place; Midkiff Elementary School, fifth place.
The sixth grade girls, team results: K. White Jr. High School, first place; Mission Jr. High School, second place; R. Cantu Jr. High School, third place; Alton Memorial Jr. High School, fourth place.
