Mission, Texas- The Mission High School (MHS) One Act Play Team is advancing out of the District level competitions into the Bi-District Finals to be held Thursday, March 22 at 11:00 a.m. at the La Joya Performing Arts Center. The Mission High School ENCORE Theatre is performing The 39 Steps, by Patrick Barlow and John Buchan.
In addition to advancing to the Bi-District finals, several of the MHS Encore Theatre cast and crew earned special recognitions at the District competition. They include: Giselle De Leon, Tech Award: Demitre Regehr, All-Star Cast Award; Mason Smith- Loftus, All-Star Cast Award; Alondra Gonzalez, Best Actress Award.
The MHS Encore Theatre One Act Play Team is scheduled to perform at the Bi-District Finals on Thursday, March 22nd. The competition is being held at the La Joya ISD Performing Arts Center.
