Castro Elementary Invites Community for Annual Wellness Fair

   Castro Elementary invited parents to their campus not only to meet with teachers so they could pick up their son or daughter’s progress report but also to take part in their Annual Community Wellness Fair they organized. This event was held on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 and was free to the public. They had representatives from over thirty organizations and businesses present to distribute pamphlets, promotional giveaways, and other items.

 

   Principal Myra Garza, welcomed parents and students as well as the businesses/organization to the Annual Community Wellness Fair held on Tuesday, March 27th. She also introduced the MCISD Mission Ballers from her campus to the audience. The ballers took the stage and impressed the onlookers with their dribbling and ball handling skills.
