Nine members of the Mission High School (MHS) Texas Association of Future Educators (TAFE) recently competed in the group’s regional contests. Based upon their performance at the regional competition, they are now advancing to state Teach Tomorrow Summit which will be held in February at Texas Tech University.
Kayla Muniz and Dominique Contreras are advancing in the teacher created materials competition. Julissa Perez, Jennifer Juarez, and Brittney Farias are advancing in the project visualize contest. Julissa V. Perez, Carmen Charles, Alysha Sandoval, and Alyssa Sanchez are advancing in the bulletin board competition.
