Mission, Texas- Due to concerns associated with the potential of deteriorating weather conditions associated with Hurricane Harvey, all Mission Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) offices and school operations will close at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, August 25.
Mission CISD officials will continue to monitor conditions over the weekend and coordinate with local and area emergency operations.
At this time, Mission CISD does plan to open school as normal for the first day of school on Monday, August 28. Should there be any change, Mission CISD will make the announcement through its SchoolMessenger calling system, district website, Facebook page, twitter account, and the local news media.
