this partnership is a partnership between Mission CISD code interacted with the mission EDC It's a Wonderful opportunity for us to partner with the EDC started with the hour of code we are very proud to be able to always be able to go to Mission CISD to our school district and be willing to work with them and thinking about what kind of skills are we really teaching our students for the job so we are going to create for them or that we have currently for and we're trying to bridge that gap between what they're learning in school and what they're going to be doing in the real world so for us is incredibly important to start thinking about the development location on professional development of kids even there School in even in 6th grade so we try to create that that's safe space where it's okay to be a new knowledge computer science teacher and we try to instill in them the mentality that they might be learn alongside their students as their skills are developing but that's okay because even Professionals in the computer science field are constantly learning they're Googling like how do I solve this problem they're using their critical thinking skills just saw a problem that nobody solved before we want to instill that mentality in our students and in our teachers are district really leads the way and codeine and the next step is with computer science and so we want to make computer science in dress with math reading science and social
