Scarlett is an accomplished student who enjoys reading animated books, writing, drawing and playing video games. She is tech savvy, optimistic and goes out of her way to assist and motivate her classmates. Among Scarlett’s proudest accomplishments include being named the first Platinum Reader at Leo Marcell Elementary and when she was recognized as Eagle of the Month. She aspires to graduate from Stanford University and become a Border Patrol Analyst. Scarlett is the daughter of Ron and Janis Montemayor.
