When I went on my visit to Our Lady of the Lake University, all the coaches were welcoming, and the head coach is great,” states Salinas. “It's a really amazing school to be at and it felt like the perfect fit.”

Salinas will start his training this fall and will be concentrating his academic efforts on obtaining a degree in sports medicine with the goal of helping athletes get back on their feet after injuries.

I’m grateful for everything they have done to get me here,” states Salinas. “I would also like to thank all the trainers I've had, my high school coach, and my travel ball coach.”
