Lukas says his proudest moment came in qualifying to be an AP Scholar. Outside of his academics, he has been active in debate and guitar. Lukas plans to attend UT-Rio Grande Valley to major in Biology. From there, he has his eyes set on medical school, as he aspires to be a psychiatrist. Among the qualities he is known for are a commitment to hard work and a strong desire to learn. He is the son of Ana and Adrian Perez.
