Mission Collegiate High School Among Nation’s Best in U.S. News Rankings

MISSION, TEXAS (SEPTEMBER 1, 2025) – Mission Collegiate High School has once again earned recognition among the best in the nation in the 2025-2026 U.S. News & World Report Best High Schools rankings.

By placing in the top 40% of high schools nationwide, Mission Collegiate achieved the distinction of being named a U.S. News Best High School and is eligible to display the official 2025-2026 Best High Schools award badge.

Mission Collegiate High School is ranked 103rd within Texas, a notable accomplishment considering nearly 18,000 public high schools were evaluated nationwide.

According to U.S. News & World Report, the annual rankings are determined using multiple sources of objective data, measuring performance on state assessments, graduation rates, and college readiness. Schools are also ranked within their state and metro area, as well as in specialized categories such as Best STEM Schools.

Principal Ana Lisa Flores praised the entire school community for their continued dedication to student success.
