MISSION, TEXAS (April 30, 2026) – Mission CISD announces the transition from the Stay Alert reporting platform to the STOPit Anonymous Reporting System, enhancing the district’s commitment to student and staff safety, trust, and transparency.
The STOPit Anonymous Reporting System allows individuals to anonymously report safety concerns, misconduct, or compliance issues.
According to STOPit Solutions, the STOPit Anonymous Reporting System is designed to help organizations create safer, healthier environments by empowering individuals to confidentially share concerns and seek support when needed. The platform helps mitigate risk and strengthen resilience by fostering a culture of trust and transparency, allowing organizations to respond proactively to potential safety or compliance issues.
Through STOPit, students, parents, and staff can report concerns such as bullying, cyberbullying, harassment, violence, threats, weapons possession, alcohol or drug related issues, and discrimination.
How STOPit Works:
- Submit a tip through the mobile app, website, or 24/7 phone hotline.
- The STOPit Incident Response Center monitors and reviews submissions.
- School administrators receive the report and take appropriate action.
The STOPit platform offers a secure, user-friendly way for students, parents, and staff to report concerns, helping district administrators respond promptly and appropriately. By implementing STOPit, Mission CISD continues to strengthen proactive safety measures and ensure all members of the school community have access to confidential reporting tools.
