Mission CISD honors 2025-2026 teachers and staff members of the year for outstanding dedication and impact

MISSION, TEXAS (May 6, 2026) – Mission Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) proudly celebrated the 2025-2026 teachers of the year and staff members of the year, recognizing exceptional individuals who go above and beyond to inspire, educate, and positively shape the lives of their students. These teachers and staff members have demonstrated unwavering dedication to student success, leadership within their campuses, and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.

Each year, teachers and staff members from across Mission CISD are nominated by their peers and evaluated by campus leadership and a panel of judges. The selection process highlights individuals who exemplify excellence in teaching, innovation in instruction, and meaningful contributions to their school communities

Superintendent of Schools for Mission CISD Dr. Cris King expressed her appreciation for the honorees.

“What you do goes far beyond delivering instruction. You inspire confidence, build meaningful relationships, and help shape the future,” said Dr. King. “Because of you, our students are not only learning, but they are also growing, thriving, and believing in what is possible.”
