MISSION, Texas (May 13, 2026) — During a special board meeting held Tuesday evening at the Mission Consolidated Independent School District Annex, the Mission CISD Board of Trustees approved the canvass results for the May 2, 2026, Board Election.
Mission CISD officially welcomed Victor O’Caña and Humberto Garza as newly elected members of the Board of Trustees. O’Caña will serve in Place 6, while Garza will serve in Place 7.
District leaders and community members welcomed the new trustees as they begin their service to Mission CISD students, staff and families.
