Six Mission High School (MHS) students have earned places in the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) region choir and are advancing to the pre-area auditions that will be held on November 16. Prior to this, seven students had earned spots in the TMEA district choir.
The students who made the TMEA district choir are: (front row left to right) Samantha Sanchez, alto 1; Emara Balderas, alto 1; Carolina Gonzalez, soprano 2. On the back row are: Frankie Chaires, tenor 2; Oscar Salinas, tenor 2; Joel Guerrero, tenor 1; Xavier Alonzo, bass 1.
