Mission CISD Special Olympic bowlers bring home medals

                Mission CISD (Consolidated Independent School District) Special Olympic athletes recently completed the Area 1 Rio Grande Valley Special Olympics Bowling Tournament and came home with 44 medals. More than 1,200 athletes from across the RGV competed in the 4-day tournament. They competed by age, gender, and ability level. Ramp bowling was also offered for non-ambulatory athletes and lower level skill athletes.
