Exercising the body and mind
Players from the Killer Bees hockey team paid a visit to Alton Elementary School recently. It was a special treat for students who completed the greatest number of Accelerated Reader points during a three week period. The top readers not only got to enjoy the books they read, but some time with the Killer Bees players that included: a short video highlight of the team, some story time, and a quick game of floor hockey in the gym.
