A total of 46 band students from Veterans Memorial High School (VMHS) emerged from the recent UIL Solo and Ensemble competitions with “Superior” ratings from the judges and the honor of representing VMHS at the UIL Texas State Solo and Ensemble competitions to be held in Austin, Texas in May. These students earned their superior ratings on class one (college level) selections.
