The Mission High School (MHS) Eagle Band placed third in class 6A at their most recent competition held in La Joya. The bands participate in a series of competitions that lead up to the main marching contest, Pigskin Jubilee that will be held at the McAllen Memorial Stadium on Saturday, October 18. Each preliminary contest gives the bands an opportunity to work on fine tuning their shows in a competitive environment before Pigskin Jubilee is held.
