Mission CISD is joining with KRGV-TV and their Heart of the Valley project for a Day of Giving on Sunday, October 9 to benefit the students of Mission CISD. On this day, we are asking for the community to support our students by donating the following items: new blue jeans (no holes), socks, undergarments, personal hygiene items. There will be two drop off locations: Mims Elementary School and the WalMart in Palmhurst. Donations will be accepted from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at these two location on Sunday, October 9.
Items donated to one of the two Mission CISD locations will stay in Mission CISD to help students/families in need.
