February 1, 2017– Congratulations to Veterans Memorial High School’s Winter Guard and Concert Percussion Ensemble. The Winter Guard won third place and the Concert Percussion Ensemble won second place at the TECA (Texas Educational Colorguard Association) competition held at Hidalgo High School on Saturday, January 28.
