The Veterans Memorial High School UIL (University Interscholastic League) One Act Play Team advanced to Bi-District Competition. In addition to advancement, the team won several awards at the district competition held in Valley View on March 9. Students earning individual awards were: Victoria Perez, Outstanding Tech Award; Brittney Schmidt, Honorable Mention All Star Cast Award; Brianna Luna, Honorable Mention All Star Cast Award; and Carissa Ozuna, All Star Cast Award.
