K. White Jr. High School students earn spot on TMEA Region VX Middle School Choir

The K White Jr. High School Choir recently competed for membership in the TMEA Region VX Middle School Choir. Eleven choir members earned a spot in the choir, and one member earned an alternate spot. These students competed against all middle schools from the City of Roma to Alamo, Texas. In the seventh-grade choir, Angie Clemente earned the 2nd chair for the Soprano 1 section. In the Tenor Bass choir, Nathan Cavazos earned the 3rd chair for the Tenor 1 section.

These students performed in a concert on April 29 at the La Joya ISD Performing Arts Center.
