MCISD Campuses collaborate for the Community Service Challenge

Mission, Texas- Mission CISD campuses participated in the District Wide Community Service Challenge in the months of November and December that is organized by the Mission FFA. The final count for the challenge totaled to 51,565 can goods. The winning campuses for the most can goods are as follows;


Bryan Elementary - 11,341

Mission Jr. High - 9,580

Mission High School - 11,378


The top three classrooms from throughout the district that had the highest contributions are as follows;


Bryan Elementary (Anna Gomez) - 5,362

Mission Jr. High (Olalla Garza) - 3,444

Mission High School (Maribel Silva) - 3,517


Congratulations to these campuses, teachers, students and parents that worked so hard to bring in these donations. The donations are sent to various local organizations that provide services for families within our community.
