MHS FBLA students qualify for state competition

            Mission, Texas- Fifteen Mission High School (MHS) Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Chapter members have qualified for state competitions, based upon their performance at the recent FBLA Area 4 Leadership Conference.

            The MHS students advancing to state FBLA are: Ruben Cantu, first place, accounting II; Kenya Salinas, second place, word processing; Leslie C. Rivera, third place, Introduction to financial math; Neftaly Rivera, sixth place, health care administration; Yasmin Castillo, seventh place, health care administration; Roberto Ramirez III, third place, business calculations; Oscar Ybarra, first place, cyber security; Juan Reyna, second place, computer problem solving; Ashmin Torres, first place database design and application; Luis Munoz, second place, introduction to financial math; Aaron Relko, first place, introduction to financial math; Juan Rodriguez, third place, accounting III; Jensen Rosales, second place, business communication; Jizzel Maldonado, third place, business communication; Rochelle Saenz, fourth place, journalism.

            The FBLA state leadership conference will be held in early March in Dallas, Texas.
