Mission, Texas- In their first time competing in the UIL state robotics competitions, the Veterans Memorial High School (VMHS) Patriot Engineering Team 12401 brought home the second place trophy. UIL has been piloting robotics competitions the last two years, through invitation only competitions. The VMHS Patriot Engineers were among 32 teams invited to compete in the FIRST Tech Challenge (5A-6A Division).
