Mission CISD would like to thank our parent volunteers and celebrate them for National Parent Volunteer Day which is slated for Thursday, November 15, 2018. Parent volunteer support district efforts by assisting campuses with numerous projects.
“Parent volunteers came together on Veterans Day to serve our R.G.V. veterans at a luncheon at Veterans Memorial High School,” stated Nancy Villarreal, F.A.C.E. Coordinator. “It is always great to see our parent volunteers helping out at different events and activities. There efforts are always greatly appreciated.”
National Parent Volunteer Day is a great time to recognize all the parent volunteers that work tirelessly year-round. They are an important component to the success of our campuses. Without volunteers the campuses would not be able to do everything they currently do for the students. Again, we thank you for your dedication and service to our students!
