Mission, Texas- Friday, December 21, 2018 will be an early release day for the students and staff of Mission Consolidated Independent School District (CISD). On December 21, Mission CISD elementary schools will dismiss students at 11:30 a.m. Junior high school and high school students will dismiss students at 12:30 p.m.
Elementary school employees will not be released until 12:30 p.m. Junior high school and high school employees will be released at 1:00 p.m. Central office employees will be released at 1:30 p.m.
The early release on December 21 will mark the start of the Winter Break for Mission CISD. District schools and administrative offices will be closed December 24, 2018 through January 4, 2019. Mission CISD employees return to work for staff development on Monday, January 7, 2019.
Students will return to school on Wednesday, January 9, 2019.
