Mission CISD Board of Trustees has entered into agreements for the cooperative purchase of goods and services between itself and other local governments or agencies. (Interlocal Agreement) These contracts, if competitively bid by the cooperative administration provide an assurance of “Best Value”. The guidelines for Awarded Contracts must be followed for processing purchases from these cooperatives.
